Arrival & Dismissal

Arrival Timetable:

Supervision begins at 7:40am (As a result, students should NOT begin to arrive until 7:40 am)

Students begin to enter the building at 7:40 am 

If you are eating breakfast you must enter at the front of the school..

School begins at 7:55am

At 7:55am, all students should begin entering the building through the front entrance.

The following applies to students arriving to school via car line, bus, day care van, bike, or walking:

Breakfast:

Students who are eating breakfast at Weber are encouraged to arrive at 7:40am.

Students who are eating breakfast enter the building through the front entrance and go into the cafeteria to eat their breakfast.Breakfast is served each morning from 7:40 to 7:55am. At 7:50am, all students entering the cafeteria for breakfast will take their food to their classroom to eat.  
 

 

Dismissal Timetable:

2:55 Dismissal on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (*1:55 Dismissal on Thursday)

Bus and van riders will be dismissed at 2:55pm (1:55pm on Thursday) and then walk to the “bus loop”. 

Walkers will be dismissed at 2:55pm (1:55 pm on Thursday) and then walk off of the school’s property.

Car riders will begin to be dismissed at 2:55pm (1:5 5pm on Thursday) and then walk towards the car line (front parking lot) to load into their vehicle. (See Car Line Procedures)

Arrival:

ALL vehicles that are dropping-off should remain in the car line.

Please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE when dropping off students.

You should NOT bypass the carline to enter the parking lot and drop-off.

Please drop-off children ONLY in the designated areas at the curbside.

Children should EXIT THE VEHICLE ONTO THE SIDEWALK (through the passenger side doors), rather than crossing traffic.

The left lane of traffic in the loop is for passing only AFTER you have dropped-off your child/children.

We ask that you stay to the right, wait in line, and continue to pull forward until you drop-off your child.

ALWAYS PULL AHEAD if you are in the right lane and there is a space ahead of you.

Please be patient; we will monitor the effectiveness of our procedures and make adjustments accordingly.

Please share this information with anybody who might drop-off students.

Dismissal:

Please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE when picking-up students.

You should NOT bypass the carline to enter (and/or pick-up in) the parking lot.

Please pick-up children ONLY in the designated areas at the curbside.

Children should enter the vehicle from the sidewalk (through the passenger side doors), rather than crossing traffic.

The left lane of traffic in the loop is for passing only AFTER you have picked-up your child/children.

We ask that you stay to the right, wait in line, and continue to pull forward until you pick-up your child.

Always pull ahead if you are in the right lane and there is a space ahead of you.
